Pupil Premium
A four step plan delivered over 3 days on ‘How to Succeed with the Pupil Premium, and keynotes on how equity and diversity can be effectively represented in school policy and practices.
Leadership Development
Development of teachers and non-teaching support staff focusing on expanding school leadership actions and behaviours over 12 sessions, including: How to lead for the future; how to develop deeper levels of self awareness; and how we maximise the potential and performance of others.
Curriculum Leaders
3 day triad model run across three schools, to explore the principles of effective curriculum design, and how these are applied, and a 2 day course for middle leaders on how to effectively evidence and talk about your subject intent, implementation & impact.
OFSTED readiness
Half day workshops for Headteachers and Senior Leaders to help them understand the current Ofsted inspection framework, how to be planned and prepared for the 90 minute call, and develop an inspection-ready action plan.
